Black Forest

An elegant reinterpretation of the classic Black Forest cake, offered in a gluten-free and milk-free version. The cubic shape in a dark chocolate shell encloses a surprising heart: a layer of cocoa sponge cake, soft and moist thanks to a black cherry syrup, alternates with a soft Chantilly cream, and in the center, a whole black cherry adds character and intensity, completing the taste experience with a balance between sweetness and acidity.

The whole thing is decorated with a dollop of vegetable cream and a piece of black cherry for a refined finishing touch.
