With a background in the restaurant industry and an unwavering passion for pastry, Jenny has combined experience and sensitivity, making Bianconiglio a point of reference for anyone who wants to feel welcomed, understood, and pampered — even at the table. Her motto perfectly reflects this philosophy:
“I can’t eat what you eat, but you can eat what I eat.”

Our Origins
Since 2023, Bianconiglio has been led by Jenny, who is celiac and lactose-intolerant. She decided to turn a personal limitation into a true mission: to offer products that are not simply “free-from,” but that bring taste, lightness, and satisfaction to everyone. In addition to creating new dairy-free options, Jenny has revisited part of the existing line, replacing lactose-containing ingredients with plant-based alternatives to make it lighter and accessible to a wider audience.

In 2024, Francesco, her husband, joined the project. After a long career in a major local industrial company, where he gained solid experience in organization and logistics, he chose to contribute actively. With previous experience in the restaurant sector as well, Francesco now supports Jenny in managing and developing the workshop with dedication, vision, and practicality.
